man has mobile swelling in right nipple...and also painful left breaset-----option were gynocomastia,mastitis,breast carcinoma

is it gynocomastia....????? Plz someone answer.

I think mastitis, both gynecomastia and cancers are painless, as far as I know.

no matter who she or he is.........moble means = no Ca.......painful means inflamation

so both together= mastitis

i think gynecomastia can also be painful...
its a benign condition may be on one side or both the sides
it may be painless or may be painlful
so the answer could be gynecomastia..
mastitis doesnt seem right cus there is not discharge...and how come it got infected?
in women its does get infected during feeding and when she wears ill fitted undergarments.
in men i dont see that chance...
please do correct me if iam wrong.

bilateral symptoms suggest unlikely to be ca
breast feeding usually causes mastitis...obviously guy wont be doing that

he is probably estrogenic state.....gynaecomastia

Infection does not neccessarily accompanied by discharge. Mastitis may occur from whatever the aetiology, they described only the S/S to get the diagnosis.
