i dont know about myself but i can tell you most of the people pass the exam
so you have more chance to pass.just dont freak out i was doing the usmle test last night first it was wierd but i got that its ok,so wish you and pray for you good score

You'll make it.... just relax... if there are q that you dont know.... make an intelligent guess and move on... dont let any difficult question dampen your spirit... you'll get there...
