u can put bronx leb above texas tech if u can compromize on location (and if u r from north india)

Very few chances of getting a fellowship with an H1B visa

As far as I know texas tech has no fellowships too. cook county has its own fellow ships
even bronx leb is better than texas tech but only thing bad for bronx leb is its location
