Dear Doctors,

If an old IMG does not get any interviews (88/85/pass, GC but no USCE). Will taking step 3 help?

Step 3 will make your application look complete hence will enhance your chances.

step 3 definitely helps, do observership and get some good letters will also help, don't give up, GL!

I dont think step 3 is your issue,with your scores you should have at least good number of IM interviews

Check your personal statement and CV,eg your post was started with a wrong grammar structure,can that be a problem.Since you are GC stay in the game,and go for scramble

it gets tougher everytime
