I am interviewing in UMKC next week and got this email -
We wanted to let you know that the UMKC School of Medicine Internal
Medicine
Residency Program will be offering H1B visas to a very limited number
of
applicants. i.e. relatives of current residents, and others at the
discretion
of the Program Director, Dr. Brent Beasley. If you only want an H1B
visa and
are not willing to accept a J-1 visa under any circumstances, then we
understand fully if you choose to cancel your interview. Please let us
know
as soon as possible so that your interview date may be offered to
another
applicant.
Did anybody else recieve this email ??
And to people who interviewed in UMKC - did anybody discuss H! issues and what was the response ??
