I don't think there is any specific personality PDs are looking for. Just be yourself. Just don't be too cocky.

evemimi, do you think that they like someone with Narcissistic or Borderline Personality which is not very uncommon among IMG doctors from third world countries? Just look at the ids in this forum, many people use prefix "doc" or "dr" in their IDs or emails...
