What are the implications of matching into one of them? Someone had posted a list of non acc med peds progs a few days ago, thus my question.

Hmmm. do any of non-accredited programs participate in the match? I guess I am missing something.

Training in non ACGME accredited program is not considered for licensing, so you will still have to complete your residency at ACGME accredited one.

There is one real benefit though - you will get a great hands-on experience and LORs, so your application will be much stronger next year.
