can anyone please tell during percussion pf the abd , do i have to percuss all four areas of abd?what else i need to do beside seeing liver dullness and splenic dullness, thanks.

yes all the four quickly and do the psoas , obturator exam, Murhy sign and rebound tenderness..and you are all set
