its a nbme q..
24 y/o f,painful nodules on bach,shoulder,neck,3 months associte with neck n back pain,otc drougs didnt work,no change in ROM of joints,all normal...h/o IBS...plz expalin...how come it is polymaygai rheumatica?
and is it given any where in kaplannotes?

its a female pt, there will be bilateral shoulder girdle pain, bilateral hip joint pain, rasied ESR, associated with temporal arteritis...
you might want to goodle it to find out more..
