15. The next patient you are asked to evaluate has c/o pain in the right wrist. Her history involved falling on this wrist with the hand dorsiflexed. Pain in generalized at the base of the thumb. X/rays are negative. Your plan of treatment is:
a. Assume a scaphoid fx, short arm splint and refer to ortho
b. Reassure patient this is just a sprain; f/u with family doc as needed
c. This is an ortho emergency; refer immediately
