i think she has malabs-> decrease Ca -> increase PTH -> decrease P

its fat malabsorption. so vit d is less absorbed. and u have vit d deficiency. classical milkmaid fracture lines( classical description of pseudo fracture lines in question stem) so classical patient of osteomalacia. now when vit d is low we have is increased ca, increase alkaline phosphate and increased pth. and phosphorous decrease due to increase pth.
