psychiatry 4 wks requirement in illinois - vodoo57

hi, Illinois licence requires 4 weeks psych training.

I only have 2 weeks clership. No time done specific for psych in internship. it was included as a part of medicine and my college refuses to issue a certificate.

please tell if anyone cleared this problem and how. thanks

i have gone through this same confusion some weeks ago....but got it cleared...now the requirement is 4 wks and during internship we complete only 2 wks...so now for the other 2 wks u can add ur rotations during your med school days....just chk how many hours u have on your transcript.....i am from india and i understand that we have two weeks psy rotation during our 3rd year...so that should suffice...hope this helps
