i am confused about how to rank following programs.my only objective criteria is opportunities for cards felloship.what i have noted is that cards is difficult to get into even at university progs.n i m an img having no research experience so far.so can you help me to rank them?thanks.

hey kita, LSU has 3 cards positions out of which they give only one to their own residents.it's really difficult to get it outside as it's not a well known program.it's really strong for hemonc but not for cards.programs 1 to 8 have better name.so i m really confused between them.thanks for your input though.
