e looks like a case of hyper parathyroidism incr Ca decrease Po4 increase PTH not so sure

Low Ca and P (9 years)
high p alkalin usualy found in bone demineralisation
high PTH trying to rise calcium level
thus i choose A

So in this case based on stool and xray, can we say primary?
