Glomerular crescent formation may be seen in all of the following diseases with one exception.
A. Diffuse proliferative lupus nephritis.
B. Minimal change disease.
C. Anti-glomerular basement membrane glomerulonephritis.
D. Acute postinfectious glomerulonephritis.
E. IgA nephropathy.

B is correct. Minimal change disease has no abnormalities by light microscopy. All the other forms of glomerulonephritis may have crescents
