well... technically children below 18 are not legally emancipated in pregnancy...
so my take is...
"ms X having a child is a big responsibility at your age... you might require some help and guidance ... your parents should be brought in on this...they might be able to help you better on how to look after yourself adn your child.. we could all do this together if you like .. and tell them together... i am here to help you in case you require anything at all... "

correct me if i am wrong... open to suggestions....
do you need to tell her "the law requires you tell them"???? waiting to hear
