i had only 3 ivs, no usce, didn't even have mspe and em lors

Bruce_lee: I am training in EM(Emergency Medicine) in UK and planning to take steps to work in EM medicine in US. Would you be able to give me some information with regards to EM in US, working pattern, ease (of difficulty) to get match, Salary (Important factor), future prospects, options to do fellowship in subspecialities of EM (ease of difficulty as IMG) etc.
