when should ptal be applied,how long does it take?are all step scores should be available to apply,can we apply to programs in california state even if the ptal is filed but approval pending?will it be too late if i apply in august?

i gues sit is better to apply now cos it takes them 90 days to get to ur application.. just fill the forms and submit it wihtt he fees and u can do the rest till august.

They need step 1, and 2. You better apply for it as early as possible even before taking step 1 because the whole process takes long.
Most programs in Cali need PTAL as a complete application file.

how long is it valid i mean how many years,do they need scores at the time of applying or they will get the updates as and when we get the scores?
