500 fraud protection, 1000 premium, 190 basic visa fee....1690 is what u need to pay to INS
typically lawyer will ask for 1000 which is too much i feeel ..plus say 100 bucks for things like fedexes and all i think it shouldnt be more than 3000

I paid the same amount and got my visa paper in 3 weeks.
He is very well known and very professional. First I thougth, $3500 is too much! But, the thing is I am not that rich to pay $3000 or $2500 a lawyer who has no idea about the process or have less experience. It is too much money to waist!!!!!!!!!!!!! Becareful about your decision... Congrats and good luck

talk to the hospital's HR... they give you a name they know and trust. It will be easier for both parties. (Hospital and Lawyer) soo you can get your visa really fast.
