come one just shoot ur corect answer
corticospinal fibers decussate somewhere in medulla if am not frogetting. tonguue is supposd to prutrude towrds the side of lesion(CN XII)

it should be 2 as tounge deviate towards the side of lesion it cannot deviate toward the left side ,am i write?

but this pt is having s/s that he can not protrude his tongue to the left, so where is the lesion??? it means he has right side XII nerve injury. I post this q again simply because FA is wrong on this q and I was reviewing FA today so I want to bring it up one more time

oh sory i thot pt protruded tongue towrds the left side.never mind.i wish i don show this lack of attention in real exam.
