I agree w/ Complete Heart Block as the Pt is Hypotensive & Brdycardic. But should we not give Atropine (or Epi) to bring up the BP and then OR placement of Pacemeaker??

Zahra what the explantion? thx

Any medication is useless in complete heart block, pacing is the only answer

This should clear it Up
Superdoc I realize only Pacemeker is Final Step, but but before this other option need to be done

Since the Option gives Atropine - use it 1st
Then if the Pt was in the ER setting establish - Transient Pacemeaker, Admit then take him to the OR for Permannet Transmaker.
