Do we perform a screening for ovarian cancer? If so, what is the preferred initial screening test?

There is no screening for Ca Ovary, coz no test is sensitive enough to pick it up early.
At the best an annual pelvic examination may be done, but again, very low yield. Gnath, u r funny !!

I think that we need to screen for ca 125 only if we suspect based on the history and physical findings.

Even if there is a + family history of Ovarian ca, still no role of ca125 as it is not sensetive enough.
