now pt lost one kidney, what will be the new time to for the drug to reach steady state 1. 10 h 2. 20 h 3. 30 h 4. 40 h 5. 2 hr 6. 1 hr 7. 8 hr

i would say double it, or maybe decreased
either 2hr or 8...

if Vd is the same, Cl decrease 1/2, T1/2 increase twice, which is 8h. 95% steady state is 32-40h.

Ans 8 hours. If clearance is 50% so steady state 8 hours.

it means that losing one kindey will increase t1/2? then t1/2 becomes 8h and steady state is 32-40h is that right what you are telling? i am not very good with this subject so making sure if it is correct answer

so to reach stady state will be 4x5=20 then is 1 kidney so X2= 40 |
