I am finishing up the Kaplan immunology notes... Do I have to memorize the last few appendix chapters? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks.

you have to memorize the mst important INF TNF CD 56.. but the most important is doing a lot of questions that the only way for memorizing a max of information

yes, definetely. They are HY. They are HY. no need to memorise word by word but know them. ALL but esply adhesion molecules.
