my friend is on F1 visa ...doing his mph ..he did not match ..
his course will over in december this year ...

what should he do to maintain his visa ....
if take another admission ......is the sevis valid for a new admission ...
or should he go and apply for H1b on the course he did ...?
any suggestions ..would be appreciated ...

why doesnt ur friend get his OPT after december...he can give start date in january 2008 and then stay here till jan of 2009...his visa will be maintained and he has nothing to worry about
