(1) Peak T
(2) QRS widening
(3) PR prolongation
(4) Loss P
(5) Sine-wave pattern

MI (in sequence)
(1) Peaked (hyper a/c) T waves
(2) ST elevation
(3) T wave inversion
(4) Appearance of Q waves

A/c Pericarditis
(1) Diffuse ST elevation with upward concavity
(2) No new Q waves
(3) PR elevation in aVR with PR depression in other leads

Pericardial Temponade
(1) Sinus tachycardia
(2) Low voltage QRS complexes
(3) Electrical alternans
