I know that nobody knows for sure, but how about from your experince, from what you've seen happening with others during match ?!

If you have greencard or citizenship and age < 30 yr your chances are very high in both IM and Obgyn.
Do not ask why age is important.It is important.I was in selection comity for a while so I know it is important
