Most of us on the forum who made over 400 on nbme passed step 3. Just know that nbme does not consider your ccs...it only evaluates your comprehension of usmle style mcqs. Really study your ccs by doing cases (usmlestes123 or uw) and input the orders numerous times on your fsmb cd until it is second nature and you should be ok. Good luck.

aspirin1...I wish I could give you an answer....But I haven't tried NBME yet....if the correlation remains the same as step 1 and 2, it should equal to around 80....according to my own experiences, I scored better on the real test than on nbme (5 higher scores in step 1 and 8 higher scores in step 2)....So, I think you're pretty much safe if your target is to PASS.
