Can someone please let me know what is the comand in USMLE CCS if you want to discontinue all the IVs or just any medicine to discontinue???? I tried " Stop", Discontinue( there are some medicines but not IVs)........

just click on it (in the orders sheet) it will ask you if you want to discontinue it

but you know what, how can we tapper a steroid? for example in case 3 (ITP)
