#43 on nbme 1. are they referring to the aca because that looks lateral and looks like mca. how to tell when given one it's straightforward in kaplan anat but not in this picture??

in that pictures ...not even close to anterior cerebral artery....
The most supperior ones are posterior cerebral arteries
the pictures is focused on cerebelar zone. Try to see vertebral, basilar artery,


And the text say it's VERTEBRAL ANGIOGRAM!!!!!
