Dear friends,I know its too early to ask but I am confused abt this....Is it necessary to get ur J1 or H1b stamped from embassy of your home country??Wat if someone get extension(of b1/b2)visa and then change his status to J1 or H1b while being there(usa)....Becoz I know a lot of people having J1 stamped from home country,they just travelled to their country during first year of residency.After that they could nt travel due to visa and clearance problems...Many people are asking me to change my status(b1 to J1 or H1b)while inUSA...What you people think and suggest???Thanks and GL to all
