what is the spectrum???

for gm negatives ,which drug is better- cftriaxone or piperacillin??

Ceftriaxone 3rd generation of cephalosp, most effective against Gram negative

Piperacilline, semisynthetic penicillin, b latacmic which main spetrum of use is Pseudomona
