Imagin: head Ct scan. Treatment: it depends on the cause, ie, Inflamatory, ifection, thrombosis, meningioma, etc

infection- early and aggresive ab
inflammation- steroids thrombosis- anticoagulants meningioma- evacuation surgery

hx of sinusitis headache eye swelling....do CT or MRI and lumbar puncture...treat with empiric antibiotics and steriod.
