In the 5 min remainders, you CAN NOT write any appoiment or follows up, the only thing you can do is refer to consults + justifications.

Thanks .. I got this doubt, since so many of the uw ccs cases end with followup in 2 weeks or so.. under the final counselling heading, after safe sex, seatbelt use, no alcohol, and on and on..

And ya, one other thing, I suppose am right in assuming that the final counselling about seatvelts, regular exercise, low fat diet etc happens in the final 5 mins screen? since, if i were to type earlier, there is a prompt asking me to choose only one at a time..

yes, I had the same doubt before, it is bette that you type all this counseling or education at the end, because you can select all of them at the same time.

Before the 5min remainders, you can just select one of them.
