First line is HAART that can reduce the incidence of ESRD and slow down the progression who already have nephropathy.
Steroids can be used, but the results are short-termed ACEIs can be used and dramatically reduce ESRD and prolong life, but the mechanism is not clear. Dialysis is the mainstay for ESRD. |
