I am an FM resident, and I want to join the 2008 match.
my scores are 82/82 , certified, IMG
and I am looking for programs in New York, washington, and Boston
I would like to know what will boost my application more: step 3 or observership?

take step 3, and look for USCE. good luck.

don't ever give up...scores are not everything, try to pass step3 before september, keep working hard to get good LORs, USCE, and u will be paid off at the end.
