I have received my ecfmg certificate ( I am an IMG)..can someone please tell me how to proceed with the application of step 3 ? mainly which is the site ..please

click "apply for step-3"
then click state where u wanna apply from
so on

then click "Online Application"
then click "proceed" at the bottom
then click state name
