finally USMLE marathon was finished(I hope!)Yesterday I did my 2nd day .About my experience,as I already mentioned,I think Usmle exams ,are more English exams than medical exam.If you have time and if you know what that they mean by some weird questions(like some I posted from NBME questipon in this forum) no other problem .I found alot of long questions and averegae missed 4-5 question per block(even in 36 questions block),but may be maximum 1-2 hard questions per block but alot of wierd questions.If it was not illegal.i would like write some of them here for fun! I don't know who write some of these silly questions!
about CCS cases they are easy ,because time is not problem .I finished 8 of my 9 cases less than 20 min (and one of thenm finished in 7 min!)only one case took full 25 min because it was a complicated case .
