sorry to hear the you didnt clear it ..but the only way for you to improve is to try to remember what things you did do ...during the encounter and what you didnt ...like knocking ..draping ..asking to untie gown ..introducing yoiurself ..touching the painful area last on palpation ....refering to your patient by his name ..etc
...i just recently took mine and would like to knw what your experience was like ..i made a lot of mistakes too ..

the cases were all from FA and usmleworld. i donot know how people manage to complete neurological examination. if any bdy can shed some lite on it. the other thing i can think of is about counselling. i didnot do it for 6-7 patients.
