I am confused as to if the lors need to be sealed in an envelope and sealed and signed across the flap. I got couple of lors from my observership in a letter head of the institute, and signed by the attendings in blue ink. Its not in an envelope and sealed. Some one plz reply

if it is sealed and signed across, then u have waived ur right to see the letter, also the writer shuld have written the statement saying that u waived the right to see the letter.
The 2 u are describing are not waived.

i have been hearing that if u waived your right (meaning u did not see the letter), it is stronger than a letter which u saw and read
god, ecfmg makes everthing sooo complex!
