Hi all,

I have applied for PTAL and recently i got a letter from the board saying that i need SSN to get the letter. I am on H4 and I went to the local SSN office they said that they will give SSN only to those who r allowed to work.

Anyone in similar situation..
Please advice me...

Please anyone with the same problem..

For vanishing, this is a letter which we need to apply for residency in CA. To get this letter we have to apply to Medical Board of CA.

from dec 2006, SSN is mandatory to get the PTAL.. before that it was not...

Sea doc thanks for the reply but can you tell me how do I apply to the medical board of california.. is there a website or any thread that can take me to the necessary forms or do I call them to send me the documents in mail...please put some more in put.
