Hi Friends,
I ve been working in private office for almost 1 year. I am going to request LORs from my doctors. My fear is they might suspect I will leave them and what if I won't match. Please advise how to gently resolve the issue.

well tell them the truth..dont worry..
if they refuse accuse them of sexual harassment and threaten them with a lawsuit...

They know that you are not going to work for them forever, and as you have told them in the beginning then why need to worry.

yes just ask them to write you a lor. they will do it . i asked my doc just once , he did it so easily.

Be bold, all employers know that you will eventually leave for residency so why hesitate now. They know it and just create that particular atmosphere, so that you dont ask. I ahve been through that myself.
