86/78/77 ,all first attempt,6 mnths observership,3 average US LORS (but all from white including PD and ass.PD),2000 grad,surgical residency at home,need visa..I prefer only IM.....

as i revolve my crystal ball, i see you will be applying to >60 IM programs and will recieve IV's in the range of 4-8. I also see a prematch coming your way in late dec 2007. You may not like this program and it will not be your first priority but out of fear of remaining unmatched you will accept it.
I can elaborate more if i can get a chance to read your palm....
