80 yr old man lives alone . his eating habits have attracted rats to neighbouhood . looks dirty . diffuse purpura onlegs and there is perifillicular inflamation

1 aplastic anemai

2 rat bite fever

3 scurvy

4 warfarin ingestion

3 vit c deficiency. as perifollicular inflammation ,purpura all occurs in VIT C DEFICIENCY

warfarin necrosis is seen in pts who have protein c or s or antithrombin deficiency .
