had my exam today,felt it ws real tough,my cases
comatose patient,
pregnancy with dysuria
upper gi bleed
endometrial carcinoma
child abuse
trauma chest
congestine heart failure

by the way cases apear much tougher during the actual exam

Abdominal Distention ( no pain in 40 y/o F, adnexal mass, UZ-Ovarian Mass)
