2. INFECTIVE ENDOCARDITIS [staph.aureus sensitive to vancomycin] in an IV drug abuser.

3. DUB WITH FE DEF ANEMIA IN A 13Y/O WHITE FEMALE

4. MVA WITH 3RD DEGREE HEART BLOCK IN A 37 Y/O FEMALE.

5. NEW ONSET DIABETES MELLITUS.

6. SMALL BOWEL OBSTRUCTION.

7. PYELONEPHRITIS

8. RENAL AZOTEMIA IN A POST OP PATIENT ON 2ND DAY.

9. PROSTATE CANCER WITH LUNG AND BRAIN METASTASIS IN A 68 Y/O MALE.
