RhoGAM and blood type-A - coumadin
#1
One question in kaplan Qbank says if mother is blood type-A negative, but fetus is type-A positive, then mother has to be given RhoGM. I dont get it. what is relationship of Type A and type Rh?

I am not comfortable with kaplan's explanation, anyone please give a point.

thanks

it is given due to the postive RH status of the fetus and negative Rh of the motjher not due to the A blood type!!
