seborrheic dermatitis has high assocn with HIV and parkinsons...caused by fungus pityrosporium orbicularae..

of the ones listed only... lichen planus is not seen in AIDS with higher frequency..and its not an infection...

fungus , HPV pox virus and HHV-8 very common opportunistic infections in HIV...
