when u finish ur residency n say u have a GC/citizenship...how much taxes do they take from ur salary as an attending???i have heard its abt 33%(including federal withholding+ state tax +social security etc).....& if that is the case it means that ur take home salary will be way less if u r eympolyed on 150-180Ks after u finish 3 yrs of FM/Im etc.....

well u can alwasy make and sell home made sweets and pickles and chappatis...

also babysit and mow other peoples lawns and do housecleaning..u will be paid cash and that will be tax free...
