I ve not came across that qs yet
however i m trying to explain it acc to my thinking
if it was d same concept in uw , u ll immediately recall
there r various types of ca++ cahannel
L type of ca++ channel is blocked by ccb
however it differs in structure that's y no effect on skeletal muscle

meanwhile i ll try to find out further detail, if i can , i ll post it
i ll periodically log in n check for qs and ll try to ans them my level best

hey pawan, how is it going mate?
goljan says: maybe you didn't know it before, but you do now, don't you?
so keep reading and doing questions, and especially the stuff you are worried about, because once you do it you no longer fear it

you are learning from NBME and UW, not assessing yourself, so no need to worry
although i don't find NBME helpful for learning, and i didn't do them, they were meant to be for assessment and i think this is the purpose that they should serve

hey keira, 3 days and we're DONE, you are organized and you are gonna do great don't worry

vitD def > inc PTH > dec phosphate

sarcoidosis produces 1 alpha hydroxylase > inc vitD

i really can't see how phosphate can be increased, both dec vitD and inc PTH work on lowering PO4
PO4 is only increased in renal failure because renal clearance is the only way to get rid of PO4

i just looked at FA 2007 they corrected it
