u r welcome and gl for ur further plan nbme has started to scare me :-) , but anyways i ll definately give a block or two I ve not came across that qs yet however i m trying to explain it acc to my thinking if it was d same concept in uw , u ll immediately recall there r various types of ca++ cahannel L type of ca++ channel is blocked by ccb however it differs in structure that's y no effect on skeletal muscle meanwhile i ll try to find out further detail, if i can , i ll post it i ll periodically log in n check for qs and ll try to ans them my level best cheers !

In FA it was given under osteomalacia and rickets(page 319 ... 2006 edition) that Ca,.. decrease, PO4 .. incrase
PTH .. increase.. so was wondering ...

today is a lot better than last whole week in study u r really very balanced and calm my exam is a month away n every single day i cant study i stressed out reading motivational book simultaneously now a days monk who sold ferrari agree with fhelou in sarcoidosis my ca++ metabolism is weak so i learn it here from fhelou

i really can't see how phosphate can be increased, both dec vitD and inc PTH work on lowering PO4
PO4 is only increased in renal failure because renal clearance is the only way to get rid of PO4 i just looked at FA 2007 they corrected it |
